My creativity surfaced during my senior year of high school when I was introduced to a darkroom (shout out to my art teacher, Monica Urbanik). I had inherited my grandma’s film camera which had been left on her driveway decades ago. When no one came back to claim it, she kept it along with its beat-up terra cotta-colored bag. When she passed away, it was handed off to my dad, then eventually to me when he noticed my love for photography. It was fate.

I went on to get my BFA in Photography from UW Milwaukee in 2011 and ever since then, snapping photos has been a big part of my life. I’ve done everything from weddings to capturing special moments in my friends and family’s lives to ten years of photographing the unique food and dining scene in Madison, WI.

In 2018 I noticed my stifled potential. I decided to go back to school and enrolled in the Graphic Design program at Madison College. In early 2019 I decided to be alcohol-free, and after that, I found what I’d been looking for: thriving creativity, community, and authentic connection.

My mission is more than design—it’s to make a difference. A big dream of mine is to work with a team of individuals with a diverse range of creative skills and personalities strategically collaborating on projects that center around community building and big-picture ideas that provide impact-driven solutions.
